The Swordsman hull has established its open water abilities and exemplary seakeeping over many years. Always an easy rider, whether on shaft or jet-drive, this 40ft hull achieves its running trim particularly quickly…but it is the high-speed manoeuvrability that is truly attention-grabbing. Take a big double handful of wheel to apply full lock and even at its highest velocity, the boat turns progressively in just twice its own length, pulling lots of g-force but without cavitation or any noticeable side slip.

The helm is an understated masterpiece… The open centre cockpit and two comfortable cabins ensure this retro rocketship is also a perfectly useable cruising craft.
