Broker’s Comments

Since the launch of the first Southerly 32, these yachts have been an instant success and GRACE is a prime example. She is the perfect small yacht for family cruising, and with the unique swing keel, her variable draft gives deep draft performance with shallow draft freedom at the touch of a button.

On deck GRACE is easy to handle and under sail, she is fast and exhilarating – and a real pleasure to helm with in-mast main sail and Furlex self-tacking jib, which makes sailing short handed a breeze!

Down-below the instant feeling of space inside GRACE is quite incredible, and there is plenty of room for her size with two separate cabins, a good sized galley and raised chart table, giving excellent visibility forward.

GRACE has had one owner since new and has been meticulously maintained.

Owner’s Comments

I had GRACE built in 2010 (she was the showboat at the 2010 Southampton Boat Show) as I had semi-retired and wished to extend my cruising range. Since then, I have sailed her extensively in the West Country, Channel Islands and France. She has always sailed well and is a fast, comfortable boat, and the lifting keel has given me access to areas that other boats cannot reach. However, now that I am well into my 70s, GRACE has become too large for me to handle, and it is time to downsize and limit my cruising range.
