Axopar 37 XC Cross Cabin – Brabus Line, SISU

SISU is a superb brokerage example of an Axopar 37 XC, or Cross Cabin. She is optioned to the max and finished in exclusive Brabus Line trim. Her hull is classic Ice White, with a Black Finish and stealthy powder-coated rails and frames, red cover package, and accents. With forward and aft sunpads, low hours and the smart gull-wing forward doors, she was serviced in November 2024 and is ready to go for the coming season.

Her punchy twin Mercury Verado 300hp V8 outboard engines deliver a top speed of 48 knots. The 20-degree deep-V hull allows her to cut through rough seas effortlessly while remaining stable when manoeuvring in tight spots. With a powerful Side-Power bow thruster and remote, she provides all the driver aids needed to keep your cool when berthing.

The 37’s main saloon offers plenty of space for entertaining, with wide-aperture main doors that enhance ventilation and a full-length powered sunroof to create a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. A large wraparound sofa aft and folding main table provide comfort and flexibility,and there is a handy fridge for entertaining and keeping the troops hydrated. Pull up the central aft seat, and you have access through to the double aft cabin space, with powerpoints, lighting, opening deck-hatch and side lights with blinds – this is a proper four berth speed machine.

Moving forward of the helm, the full-beam heads has a neatly concealed shower to the port side, with an electric wc and neat closure system to separate the forward Master cabin. This forward cabin features a full-beam berth, corner seating, gull-wing doors for excellent ventilation and deck access.

The Axopar 37 XC is a seriously capable contender in the 35’ to 40’ performance powerboat market—and SISU is offered at a competitive price. She is also spec’d with the Targa arch (with roof rails), allowing for the optional storage of paddleboards, bikes, or other toys. They are the true Swiss Army knife of the boating world – so be quick, be bold, and come see her— these boats are simply superb at what they do.

Owner’s Comments

SISU has been a joy to own. We have had some great adventures with her, regularly enjoying days out in the Solent and around the Isle of Wight, as well as an annual journey down to the Fal. Estuary and on to the Scilly Isles. With a comfortable cruise at 30+ kts we made it back from Falmouth to Portsmouth in just over 5 hours at an average speed of 31.5 kts with plenty of fuel left in the tanks to do half the trip again.

She makes light of heavy weather if necessary and the ability to open the cabin right up or seal it tight and put the heating on makes for a true all season boat.

The manoeuvrability of the Axopar in close quarters is exceptional and we have not once had any of those embarrassing moments when docking. Regardless of wind or tide!

I will miss the performance, handling and sea worthiness of this fabulous boat but have decided to move on to something designed for much longer passage making at a more sedentary pace.
