Despite Berthon International’s Lymington HQ all working from home in various garages, kitchens and sheds, the team has hit the ground running in January/February 2021, with many new listings added to the website and videos uploaded to the YouTube channel. As well as marketing and selling yachts, the team are currently busy producing the 2021 Berthon Market Report, which we look forward to bringing you very soon.
Temperatures remain freezing on the Island of Orust, home of Berthon Scandinavia. However, the team have announced that spring definitely has sprung, as they enjoy snowy views from their office window – of the first yacht launching back into the newly melted marina waters.
Meanwhile, Berthon France is boasting of warmer sunshine encouraging yacht sales for the coming season. Despite the all-mighty storm that recently hit Mallorca, Berthon Spain‘s guardiennage team managed to keep its fleet safe, ensuring yachts were either well secured in marinas or tucked up for winter storage in the big Berthon shed. Berthon USA find themselves in calmer waters following a torrid election campaign and are preparing for a busy year of yacht sales, new yacht deliveries and a whole lot of people back out in Newport as the COVID-19 vaccines get rolled out.
