This continues our strong relationship with the Solaris Yachts Group, where we represent their captivating sailing yachts in the UK, Scandinavia, and the East Coast of the USA. Since 1974, Solaris Yachts has produced seaworthy, solid, secure, and attractive sailing yachts to the highest quality standards from their stunning shipyard in Aquileia, Italy.

The innovative Solaris Power range first launched in 2008 and now spans from 40 to 60 feet, offering Open, Lobster, Coupé, and Flybridge models. Building between 45 and 55 boats per year, these ultra-stylish and luxurious power yachts represent a modern design approach to the more traditional style, featuring beautiful curves, concaves, and clean lines. When you invest in the Solaris Power range, you are not just buying style; it combines Italian craftsmanship with advanced technologies. The unique teardrop hull designs are the work of naval architect Brunello Acampora of Victory Design and have been specifically built for Volvo’s latest IPS propulsion system, taking advantage of the joystick docking, incredible fuel efficiency, and minimal vibration it offers.

Solaris Yachts has a rich history of building motor yachts ranging from 44 to 100 feet and was the first in Europe to construct a ‘lobster’ boat, the 47-foot express cruiser, designed by the renowned Bruce King. Fast forward to today, and Solaris Power is a well-funded and well-connected company, amassing a team of excellence in-house and collaborating with Norberto Ferretti. Having managed the sale of the Ferretti group, Ferretti now oversees the concept and product development. The design of the project is entrusted to Brunello Acampora of Victory Design, who was a pupil of the great Renato ‘Sonny’ Levi, one of the greatest motor yacht designers of the 20th century.

The DNA of Solaris Power is superior sea keeping blended with stability, efficiency, and comfort. In the UK, we consider the hardtop an important feature for enjoying a long season with plenty of protection. In the last five years, manufacturers have shifted their attention to the Mediterranean and superyacht market, leaving this space. Solaris Power is offering a northern hemisphere specification with the Lobster, Coupé, and Flybridge models, and we are very excited to bring these to our clients in the UK. They are great sea boats and excellent for our British coastal waters.
