The world premiere of the Solaris 52 Coupé will be at the Düsseldorf Boat Show in 2024, bringing a brand-new style from the Solaris Power team. It follows the same recipe of seakeeping, functionality, and unmistakable elegance. Featuring a new interior from Roseo Design, this 16m motor cruiser has an enclosed hardtop with a retractable sunroof and the distinct walk-around flush deck with tall bulwarks that is synonymous with Solaris Power. The sweeping clean exterior lines remain unspoiled from the stainless steel guardrail, and the deck is left clear of the 30KG stainless steel anchor, mounted through the hull. The paint finish is of the highest standard, with clients able to personalize their Solaris from a range of colours for the hull, superstructure, and bulwarks.
The hull has been manufactured to be heavy and strong using an infusion lay-up system and is designed by Brunello Acampora of Victory Design. The chosen drive system is the Volvo Penta IPS, which has been in production for nearly 20 years and has proven to be popular across the industry for its increased efficiency, noise reduction, internal space, dynamic positioning system, and manoeuvrability. The hull has a teardrop shape with a flared vertical bow and a deep V running aft. Chines sitting above the waterline run the length of the hull to increase stability. The result is proven across the range and delivers a uniquely dry and comfortable ride that maintains stability from displacement all the way up to fast planning speeds, with minimal vibration. The cruising speed is estimated to range from 22 to 25 knots, depending on whether you stick with the 480HP or upgrade to the 600HP, which will give you an estimated top speed of 33 knots.
The Solaris Power team has added a tender lift stern platform, allowing you to stow a Williams mini jet in the garage. Additionally, there are fold-down bulwarks on both sides, increasing the deck space by 20% and providing uninterrupted views from the large cockpit table and sunpad. A sliding door and opening window offer unfettered access to the saloon, which features an opening skylight and panoramic views. A large, well-equipped galley is situated on the portside with C-shaped seating adjacent to a large cockpit table. Down below, you have the standard option of an impressively sized master cabin amidships and a guest cabin forward, both of which are en-suite. There is also the option of a crew cabin or a third double cabin.
If you appreciate style and comfort then the Solaris Power 52 Coupé must be considered.
