All Broom boats are renowned for their build quality and superlative sea keeping and the Broom 415 Offshore is an excellent choice for longer term live-aboard cruising. This deep V hull offers a stable and re-assuring ride and can effortlessly cruise from 14 to 20 knots with a top speed around 25 knots. The huge aft deck luxury command bridge benefits from her full aft deck canopy enclosure with an incredible array of seating options for up to 10 people. G&T is ready to cruise and further benefits from many recent updates from 2019-2023, including new radar and hybrid touch screen chart plotter, new aft deck canopy enclosure, all new seacocks, new generator and the engines have been fully serviced every year. There is no question that this Broom 415 Offshore is a heavy-duty, luxury and mile-munching cruiser. G&T was built in 2001 to a very high standard for her first owner. She boasts an extensive specification which includes twin Caterpillar diesel engines, lowering system, electric heads, heating, bow thruster and brand new 4kw generator. Below further lists upgrades the current have made over the time of ownership.
The layout starts from the forward cabin where you will find a double berth with ensuite and access to day heads. There is also plenty of storage with hanging lockers. The amidships offers incredible exceptional head room and natural light. The current owners have fitted ocean air blinds at a great expense. The galley gives you enough room to prep meals for your guests and has a built in fridge freezer with a 2 burner hob, microwave and separate oven. Opposite the galley, you will find a spacious dinette with enough space to seat 8 guests with ease. Three steps up to the aft saloon and you will find a huge wrap-around seating area with low coffee table facing over a secondary fridge and storage cupboards. Then you will walk back down to the full beam master cabin, where you will also find a separate shower and separate heads with mixer tap sink. There is lots of natural light coming through with large windows leading out to the transom. Directly above the cockpit there is another large social area and the triple helm position.
The Broom 415 Offshore is capable of cruising long distances safely and in great comfort. A truly fantastic opportunity to acquire such a well-kept Broom 415, viewings are highly recommended.
