The Oyster 54 is an exceptional bluewater cruising yacht designed by Oyster and Rob Humphreys. Conceived and built for long-distance cruising, she is easily handled by two people yet offers very comfortable accommodation for six. SARAH BELLE II was built by McDell Marine in Auckland, New Zealand and shipped to Europe to be delivered to her first owner, who was European. He, along with his wife and friends, cruised extensively with her before putting her on the market as the delivery of his new, larger Oyster approached. Her second owners made substantial updates, as you will see in the specifications, and used her in the Mediterranean. The current owner has continued this careful maintenance, including adding new Raymarine Hybrid Touch screens, exterior canvas work, and other items.

I bought my Oyster 54, SARAH BELLE II, to fulfil my long-held dream of owning an Oyster. I was very pleased to find a yacht in excellent condition with the layout and specifications that suited us perfectly.
During my ownership, SARAH BELLE II has sailed throughout the Mediterranean, including Spanish waters, Corsica, Sardinia, the South of France, the Algarve, and the Canary Islands. I have maintained her to a high standard and have completely updated the yacht’s electronics suite.
We love SARAH BELLE and she remains in excellent condition, having been well cared for by her previous two owners, just as we have done. She sails beautifully, is very safe, and is easy to manage with a small crew.
We are selling her because, after a spinal operation, I am no longer able to sail at the level I would like.
